In 2020 our aerial videography drone, Micro Drone 4.0 was delayed due to the pandemic. It casued huge disruption to our supply chain and it took two painful years until we could get the project back on track. By then, the technology had already moved on, which has required us to make further developments to make it relavent for today's market.

Unfortunately, this person, Sean Hickey, decided to target and troll our project (and all of our existing Micro Drone products) with an online smear campaign, posting false accusations and encouraged people to post abusive messages about Micro Drone and members of the team, which has resulted in a lot of negativity on the internet (whereas prior to 2020 9 out of 10 Trustpilot reviews about Micro Drone were 4*/5*).

He has posted 21 videos (yes 21 as of January 2025) saying the most unpleasant things, all of which are false. He has told people our company is a "scam", that we are "ripping off children" and accused us of having no Customer Service, which could not be further from the truth, as all our popular current products Micro Drone 2.0+ and Micro Drone 3.0 come with full backup and support (with parts readily available here), quality technical support which can be accessed right here and support by our knowledgable team members, who are all experienced drone users.

We don't know what his motivation is or why he is specifically targeting us out of all the drone makers in the world. He has never met us in person or ever bought one of our products. It's wierd.
